Complaints & Suggestions
If you wish to file a complaint for insufficient medical service or support.

Written complaint must be stated in clear and understandable way and must include:
  • Patient’s contacts (name, phone number, email address or postal address)
  • Patient’s profession, clear statement with whom and what sort of problems have been raisen and againts whom the complaint is filed
  • Clear description of problem in free form
Anonymous complaints shall not be processed.

Process of the complaints:
  • Run-through of complaint
  • Run-through of patient’s medical file
  • Evaluation of complaint and our proposals to solve the situation
